Students from one of Cambodia’s top business schools attended a seminar at BRED Bank Cambodia on 6 September 2024 to learn about the many lending techniques and procedures employed in modern banking.
The 15 students from CamEd Business School were joined by 100 others online to hear the seminar which was presented by Ms. Vuth Daliya, Assistant Manager in BRED Bank’s Credit RSME team.
As well as opening remarks from the school’s Professor Ho Varabott, the students also had a chance to ask questions of the BRED Bank team and took a tour of the offices to give them a better sense of what it means to work in a banking environment.
“Visits like these are an important part of our contribution to Cambodian society,” said Ms. Rath Amara Sar, BRED’s Head of HR. “Our professional insight gives students a better understanding of what it means to work in a modern financial services environment and our experts are able to share their knowledge with young people who are eager to learn.”
