Key Responsibilities
- A sale orientation with high commitment and customer solution behavior
- Balance risk and revenue (“Act as banker, think as customer”)

- Contribute to success for self and team’s goal
- Sales and Customer solution / negotiation skill
- Credit writing and assessment (loan structuring)
- Knowledgeable to all Retail banking products with ability to advise and cross-sell
- Manage complex income customers portfolio i.e. salary, rental and/or biz income
- Management of large scale of customers portfolio including Payroll and Consumer
- A person who is humble, flexible, customer centric and relationship extrovert
- Dynamic and highly committed personality
- Initiatives to improve Retail Banking business with sustainable growth
- Other task assigned by line manager.
Required Education and Competencies
- Min. 3 years of Banking Experience including Retail / SME Banking and / or Corporate Banking is a plus
- Financial and Credit background, analytical, negotiation, sales & communication
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Required Competencies
- High motivation and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented and a strong team player
- Good command of English and Khmer (speaking, writing and reading)
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
