Key Responsibilities
- Highly committed, straight-forward with integrity personality
- Have strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Have fundamental credit assessment and banking policy
- Able to handle the case independence with teamwork spirit
- Ensure the repayment are followed up, monitored & reported properly
- Make sure all Warning Letters and Demand Letters are delivered to clients
- Advise overdue clients of their legal liabilities and set up repayment plan
- Propose recovery strategies, restructure & write-off for approval
- Go with branches to visit difficult overdue clients
- Attend in NADR process and court (if any) by minimize litigation cost
- Record all recovery action into system and place all document in client’s folder
- Keep good relationship with internal stakeholder, NADR, panel lawyer & court
- To perform other tasks which assigned by Collection Manger / Head Department.
Required education & experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or other relevant fields
- At least 2-year experience in loan recovery or relationship manager
- Strong knowledge of concepts of relationship and Loan Recovery
- Good level of English (speaking and writing)
- Good computer and presentation skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially ability to communicate with customers.
- Strong analytical, problem solving & negotiation skill
- Strong integrity, commitment, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomous, pro-active & quick learner.
