Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and extend customers portfolio as well as Loan and Deposit.
  • Demonstrating superior customer service as well as professionalism in accepting and responding to customer request.
  • Building rapport with existing customers and new prospect to extend the pipeline and prospecting.
  • Accepting Challenges with positive attitude, high commitment in delivering result.
  • Ability to perform the task independently.
  • Manage and overcome challenges, striving to find alternate solution to grow.

Required Education & Experience

  • Finished bachelor’s degree or higher with Banking and Finance or other related skill.
  • Min. 3- 5 years of experience in relationship role in banks/FIs, and especially in Premier Banking as well as experienced in credit & sales is a plus.
  • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the banking, and financial services, and the affluence market.
  • Having work related to Sales & Negotiation skill.

  • Positive thinking, solution orientation and ability to work independent and cross department.
  • Strong in Communication and Negotiation skill.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English smoothly.
