Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and extend customers portfolio as well as Loan and Deposit.
- Demonstrating superior customer service as well as professionalism in accepting and responding to customer request.
- Building rapport with existing customers and new prospect to extend the pipeline and prospecting.
- Accepting Challenges with positive attitude, high commitment in delivering result.
- Ability to perform the task independently.
- Manage and overcome challenges, striving to find alternate solution to grow.
Required Education & Experience
- Finished bachelor’s degree or higher with Banking and Finance or other related skill.
- Min. 3- 5 years of experience in relationship role in banks/FIs, and especially in Premier Banking as well as experienced in credit & sales is a plus.
- Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the banking, and financial services, and the affluence market.
- Having work related to Sales & Negotiation skill.
