Key Responsibilities
- Payroll:
- Leveraging and expanding customer relationships to maximize product cross-selling and new business opportunities to achieve and exceed team targets.
- Assist team leader to participate in cold calling and marketing activities.
- Assist team to open account with all stakeholders.
- Managing customer portfolios, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to bank policies and compliance procedures.
- Call Center:
- Answering phone from customer professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Handling and resolving customer complaint, orders request regarding product sales to customer service problem.
- Providing customer with the organization’s service and product information.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the Line manager.
- Routing inbound call to appropriate resources.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating in the customer relationship management.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and action taken.
- Managing administration, communication, coordinating with internal department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year experience in similar position.
- Open availability from Monday to Sunday and work rotation within 24hrs.
- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Good English communication and French language is a plus.
- Good computer skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills.
