Key Responsibilities

  1. Payroll:
    • Leveraging and expanding customer relationships to maximize product cross-selling and new business opportunities to achieve and exceed team targets.
    • Assist team leader to participate in cold calling and marketing activities.
    • Assist team to open account with all stakeholders.
    • Managing customer portfolios, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to bank policies and compliance procedures.
  2. Call Center:
    • Answering phone from customer professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Handling and resolving customer complaint, orders request regarding product sales to customer service problem.
    • Providing customer with the organization’s service and product information.
    • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the Line manager.
    • Routing inbound call to appropriate resources.
    • Following up complicated customer calls where required.
    • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating in the customer relationship management.
    • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and action taken.
    • Managing administration, communication, coordinating with internal department.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year experience in similar position.
  • Open availability from Monday to Sunday and work rotation within 24hrs.
  • Ability to work with others in a close manner.
  • Good English communication and French language is a plus.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good multi-tasking skills.
