Key Responsibilities

  • Create, emboss, maintain, replace, and close Visa cards.
  • Provide card support and resolve card-related issues.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot POS issues and support POS terminals
  • Escalate urgent problems as needed.
  • Coordinate ATM installation, maintenance, and software updates.
  • Monitor ATM status and manage cash replenishment.
  • Resolve ATM issues with relevant teams.
  • Prepare monthly reports for NBC, Visa, and MasterCard.
  • Coordinate with IT on disputes or chargebacks.
  • Travel or work outside the office as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or a lower degree with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Computer literacy, including data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Background in finance, analytics, or project management is an advantage.
