Key Responsibilities
- Create, emboss, maintain, replace, and close Visa cards.
- Provide card support and resolve card-related issues.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot POS issues and support POS terminals
- Escalate urgent problems as needed.
- Coordinate ATM installation, maintenance, and software updates.
- Monitor ATM status and manage cash replenishment.
- Resolve ATM issues with relevant teams.
- Prepare monthly reports for NBC, Visa, and MasterCard.
- Coordinate with IT on disputes or chargebacks.
- Travel or work outside the office as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or a lower degree with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Computer literacy, including data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Background in finance, analytics, or project management is an advantage.
