Key responsibilities
HR tasks:
- Assist payroll calculation and other staff benefits
- Manage staff personnel file and record it properly
- Assist analyst any report per request
- Assist on document of staff onboarding and follow up on document requirement
- Assist account opening for staff
- Facilitate NSSF and ABC payment
- Make sure HRMS are proper record and updated
- Manage monthly fingerprint report and make sure respect timeline provided
- Assist on letter issue such as promotion, demotion, transfer…etc.
- Issue staff ID Card
Staff Bank Account Management:
- Manage and maintain staff bank accounts through the Flex cube banking system.
- Process and monitor staff loans, accounts, and term deposits (TD).
- Provide support and guidance to staff regarding their banking products and services.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve account-related issues efficiently.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Required education & experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 2 years of experiences in HR compensation & benefit and HR Operations
- Able to communicate in English (writing and speaking)
- Good in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel…) and Flexcube
- Knowledge of Commercial Knowledge, labor laws and good at analysis skill
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, account and loan management
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
