Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and grow Retail & SME Loan portfolio with manageable NPL.
- Manage and grow NEW to BANK customers Deposit portfolio including Retail and SME business segment.
- Leveraging data to enable alternative revenue streams.
- Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with customers for cross-selling opportunity such as KHQR, POS, Bred Business Connect etc.
- Lead and drive the team toward the target.
- Manage and overcome challenges, striving to find alternate solution ahead the target.
- Training and sharing with the team on the good practice and loan structuring.
- Pro-active on the performance and business roadshow.
- Design and initiate the strategy to adapt to market changes and opportunities.
- Understand the needs of each segmentation and design a product that benefits all (bank and client).
Required education & experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance or other related skills.
- Min. 5 years of experience in Banks/Financial Institutes, credit & sales as well as min. 3 years in manager or team leader role.
- Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around banking, and financial services.
- Having work related to Credit assessment or Sales & Negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy and English language proficiency (French language is a plus).

- Highly committed, straight forward, with integrity personality.
- Positive thinking, solution orientation and ability to work cross department.
- Strong in Communication and Negotiation skill as well as presentation skill.
- Ability to read, write and speak English smoothly.
