Manager – Consumer Lending and Partnership

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and extend partnerships with merchants and car dealers.
  • Working on key strategic projects, creating new revenue streams with significant business impact.
  • Leveraging data to enable alternative revenue streams.
  • Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with partners.
  • Lead and drive the team toward the target.
  • Manage and overcome challenges, striving to find alternate solutions to grow the car loan, personal loan.
  • Manage and grow the car loan and personal loan portfolio.
  • Manage irregular and NPL portfolios.
  • Execute partnership activities by working with internal and partner groups such as compliance, legal, commercial banking and network, IT, and marketing.
  • Design and initiate the strategy to adapt to market changes and opportunities.
  • Measure, analyze, and develop insights on all partnership activities.

Required Education & Experience

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking and Finance or other related skill.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in banks/FIs , credit & sales as well as min. 3 years in manager or team leader role.
  • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the banking, and financial services.
  • Having work related to Credit assessment or Sales & Negotiation skill.
  • Excellence level of English/Khmer communication.
