Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and extend partnerships with merchants and car dealers.
- Working on key strategic projects, creating new revenue streams with significant business impact.
- Leveraging data to enable alternative revenue streams.
- Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with partners.
- Lead and drive the team toward the target.
- Manage and overcome challenges, striving to find alternate solutions to grow the car loan, personal loan.
- Manage and grow the car loan and personal loan portfolio.
- Manage irregular and NPL portfolios.
- Execute partnership activities by working with internal and partner groups such as compliance, legal, commercial banking and network, IT, and marketing.
- Design and initiate the strategy to adapt to market changes and opportunities.
- Measure, analyze, and develop insights on all partnership activities.
Required Education & Experience
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking and Finance or other related skill.
- Min. 5 years of experience in banks/FIs , credit & sales as well as min. 3 years in manager or team leader role.
- Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the banking, and financial services.
- Having work related to Credit assessment or Sales & Negotiation skill.
- Excellence level of English/Khmer communication.
