Key Responsibilities

  • Card issuance: create, emboss, replace, activate, and block the visa card.
  • Install, configure, and test the POS terminal upon request.
  • Provide training and product demonstrations to new and existing POS merchants and the merchant service team.
  • Work with the ATM vendor to install/deploy and maintain any updated patches.
  • Check ATM status to prepare for cash replenishment or reconciliation and notify the related team.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions to all related issues.
  • Coordinate, analyse, and solve the problem related to the team, BRED IT, or shareholder.
  • Prepare monthly NBC, visa, and Master Card reports.
  • Able to travel in Phnom Penh or other provinces.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager.

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • OR lower degree accepted if at least 2 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Computer literacy including data analysis.
  • English proficiency both written and spoken.
  • Financial background, analytical and project management background.
