Key responsibilities

  1. Recruitment:
    • Assist in drafting and posting job announcements internally/externally
    • Record resumes and call candidates for interview session
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/HOD
    • Update and send the interview result to candidates
    • Doing the reference check for successful candidates
    • Seek for hiring approval and facilitate the whole contract process
    • Email welcome new staffs to line managers.
  2. HR Compliance:
    • Facilitate staff declaration in & out to MOLVT
    • Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date
    • Support the HR team to collect the required documents from employee.
  3. General HR Support:
    • Sending an email for staff insurance registration
    • Insurance registration and deletion
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives
    • Any other assigned tasks from line manager.

Required education & experience

  • Year 4th or Fresh graduate is encouraged to applied.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Accounting, Administration or other related.
  • Good English (writing and speaking).
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
