Key responsibilities
- Recruitment:
- Assist in drafting and posting job announcements internally/externally
- Record resumes and call candidates for interview session
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/HOD
- Update and send the interview result to candidates
- Doing the reference check for successful candidates
- Seek for hiring approval and facilitate the whole contract process
- Email welcome new staffs to line managers.
- HR Compliance:
- Facilitate staff declaration in & out to MOLVT
- Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date
- Support the HR team to collect the required documents from employee.
- General HR Support:
- Sending an email for staff insurance registration
- Insurance registration and deletion
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Any other assigned tasks from line manager.
Required education & experience
- Year 4th or Fresh graduate is encouraged to applied.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Accounting, Administration or other related.
- Good English (writing and speaking).
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
