Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with bank’s objectives.
  • Ensuring the marketing team deliver effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively and optimizing marketing spends.
  • Collaborating with different teams, including product development and sales departments to ensure a seamless alignment and the execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the communication campaigns and ensure the unicity and consistency of the messages throughout the different communication channels – online and offline media, branch networks, events, etc.
  • Carry on developing the Public Relations (co-branded events, partnerships, sponsoring).
  • Set up and follow events calendar and retro planning.
  • Conduct and analyze yearly market and competitor studies.
  • Propose and organize products and service promotion strategy.
  • Analyze results of marketing actions and follow up with sales team to adjust the communication campaigns accordingly.
  • Create monthly reports on the results of the on-going campaigns.
  • Re-evaluate the components of the marketing mix with the bank’s executive team each year.

Required Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in management with a specialization in Communication and Marketing.
  • 5-10 years of experiences in marketing leadership role, preferably in banking sector.
  • Deep understanding of Cambodian banking landscape, market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experiences enrichment, analytics and data-led marketing.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good level of French appreciated.
  • Good level of Khmer appreciated.
