Key Responsibilities

- Have fundamental credit assessment and banking policy.
- Able to handle the case independence with teamwork spirit.
- Assist to update Recovery Policy, Guideline & Workflow.
- Assist to ensure Recovery Policy, Guideline & Workflow are complied.
- Ensure the repayment are followed up, monitored & reported properly.
- Advise overdue clients of their legal liabilities under existing contract law (including the interpretation of their liabilities under the loan agreement.
- Propose recovery strategies, restructure & write-off for approval.
- Go with recovery staffs and branches to visit difficult overdue clients.
- Lead weekly collection meeting with branches.
- Attend in NADR process and court (if any) by minimize litigation cost.
- Manage collateral or property sale process in case client willing to sell for repayment.
- Keep good relationship with internal stakeholder, NADR, panel lawyer & court.
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly recovery & write-off report.
- Assist to train or refresh to branches on Policy & Guideline quarterly.
- Assist Manager to ensure the collection team go smooth, effective & result oriented.
- To perform other tasks which assigned by Collection Manger / Head Department.
- RSME and Commercial overdue client with $0.5M up.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or other relevant fields.
- At least 3-year experience in loan recovery or commercial relationship manager.
- Strong knowledge of concepts of Loan Recovery & Legal.
- Good level of English (speaking and writing).
- Good computer and presentation skills.
