Key Responsibilities

  • Highly committed, straight-forward with integrity personality.

  • Have fundamental credit assessment and banking policy.
  • Able to handle the case independence with teamwork spirit.
  • Assist to update Recovery Policy, Guideline & Workflow.
  • Assist to ensure Recovery Policy, Guideline & Workflow are complied.
  • Ensure the repayment are followed up, monitored & reported properly.
  • Advise overdue clients of their legal liabilities under existing contract law (including the interpretation of their liabilities under the loan agreement.
  • Propose recovery strategies, restructure & write-off for approval.
  • Go with recovery staffs and branches to visit difficult overdue clients.
  • Lead weekly collection meeting with branches.
  • Attend in NADR process and court (if any) by minimize litigation cost.
  • Manage collateral or property sale process in case client willing to sell for repayment.
  • Keep good relationship with internal stakeholder, NADR, panel lawyer & court.
  • Prepare the monthly and quarterly recovery & write-off report.
  • Assist to train or refresh to branches on Policy & Guideline quarterly.
  • Assist Manager to ensure the collection team go smooth, effective & result oriented.
  • To perform other tasks which assigned by Collection Manger / Head Department.
  • RSME and Commercial overdue client with $0.5M up.

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 3-year experience in loan recovery or commercial relationship manager.
  • Strong knowledge of concepts of Loan Recovery & Legal.
  • Good level of English (speaking and writing).
  • Good computer and presentation skills.
